Job Summary
Back of House Team Member is responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; maintaining knowledge of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stocking inventory; keeping the kitchen clean and orderly; staying current with product changes; reporting maintenance needs; completing in-house training and opening/closing tasks; adhering to dress code and policies; and contributing to a positive, team-focused dining environment.
