Job Summary
Back-of-House (BOH) Team Member at Chick-fil-A Mount Pleasant assists the kitchen team with food preparation and order fulfillment in a fast-paced setting. Requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, work under pressure, and perform high-volume duties with accuracy and a positive attitude. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to handle all cooking equipment, pans, navigating shelving both high and low
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
