Back of House Team Member position at Chick-fil-A Tomball responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently while maintaining Chick-fil-A standards. Roles include knowing assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep), stocking kitchen inventory, keeping the kitchen neat and clean, staying up-to-date with new products, reporting maintenance issues, completing in-house trainings, handling opening/closing tasks, adhering to dress code and policies, and maintaining ownership of assigned tasks.
