Back of House Team Member

Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A: as a BOH Team Member you will support the kitchen team, assemble food orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves feeling cared for. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently; knowledge of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep); stocking kitchen inventory; keeping the kitchen neat and orderly; staying up-to-date with new products; working safely around equipment; completing in-house training; and performing opening/closing tasks. Qualifications emphasize eligibility to work in the United States, reliability, a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and flexibility in scheduling.
