Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; knowledge of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep); stock kitchen inventory; maintain a neat, clean kitchen; stay up-to-date with product changes; operate safely around kitchen equipment; complete in-house training; perform opening/closing tasks; adhere to dress code and company policies; multiple duties as assigned; typical role in a fast-paced restaurant with flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time).
