Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Marion, IL: Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently; be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock inventory; keep the kitchen neat and clean; stay up-to-date on product changes; report maintenance needs; complete in-house training and openings/closings; adhere to dress code and policies; operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexible scheduling (including Sundays off).
