Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards; maintain knowledge of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep); stock kitchen inventory; keep the kitchen neat and orderly; stay up-to-date with new products and training; report maintenance issues; complete opening/closing tasks; adhere to dress code and company rules; contribute to a safe, efficient kitchen and a positive, team-oriented dining experience. Flexible schedule and opportunity for growth within a restaurant-leadership environment.
