Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards; knowledgeable of kitchen station assignments including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep; stock kitchen inventory; maintain a clean and orderly kitchen; stay updated on new products; operate safely around equipment; complete opening or closing tasks; adhere to dress code; ongoing in-house training; opportunities for growth and leadership development; flexible scheduling (and Sundays closed); team-oriented environment with strong customer service focus.
