Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards. Duties include knowledge of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep), stocking inventory, keeping the kitchen neat and orderly, staying updated on new products, working safely around equipment, reporting maintenance issues, completing in-house training, and performing opening/closing tasks while adhering to dress code and Chick-fil-A rules. Must be consistent and reliable with a cheerful, customer-service oriented mindset, able to multitask and work both independently and with a team, and willing to maintain a flexible schedule; ability to stand for long periods.
