Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; knowledge of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); maintain inventory and cleanliness; stay up-to-date with product changes; complete opening/closing tasks; adhere to dress code; and support a positive, team-oriented dining environment. Requires a consistent, reliable, customer-service oriented attitude, strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, flexible schedule, and physical ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods. Opportunities include mentorship from Operators and Leaders, growth/development, and a schedule that may be full-time or part-time with Sundays closed in many locations.
