Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Shawnee responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely; knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep); stock kitchen inventory; maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen; stay up-to-date on new products and training; work safely around equipment and report maintenance issues; complete opening or closing tasks; adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code; collaborate with team and leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
