Back of House Team Member

Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently, including knowledge of kitchen stations (fries, breading, boards, and food prep). Maintain inventory, keep the kitchen clean and organized, stay up-to-date on new products, operate safely around kitchen equipment, and report maintenance needs. Complete opening/closing tasks, adhere to dress code and Chick-fil-A rules, participate in in-house training, and support teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
