Back of House Team Member

Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently while adhering to Chick-fil-A standards. Duties include mastering kitchen station assignments (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep), stocking inventory, keeping the kitchen clean, staying up-to-date on new products, operating safely around equipment, completing in-house training, and handling opening/closing tasks. Must be reliable, customer-service oriented, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of working both independently and in a team within a flexible schedule; physical ability to lift and stand for extended periods. Training and leadership development are available in a supportive, positive, team-focused environment.
