Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Washington (PA) prepares, cooks, assembles, and presents food safely and quickly to Chick-fil-A standards; assists kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep); maintains inventory and cleanliness; stays updated on new products; works safely with kitchen equipment, completes opening/closing tasks, and follows dress code and Chick-fil-A rules; thrives in a fast-paced team environment, with a flexible schedule and opportunity for training and leadership development. Strong customer-service orientation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure are essential; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Positions available as full-time or part-time with schedule flexibility, including Saturdays.
