Job Summary
Back of House Team Member responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards; knowledgeable of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock kitchen inventory; maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen; stay up-to-date on new products and changes; follow safety guidelines and report maintenance to leadership; complete opening/closing tasks; adhere to dress code and policies; participate in in-house training and development; role supports teamwork and leadership development in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
