Job Summary
Back of House Team Member responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; knowledgeable of assignments across kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock kitchen inventory; maintain a clean, organized kitchen; stay up-to-date on new products; operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues; complete in-house training and openings/closings; adhere to dress code and Chick-fil-A policies; perform other duties as assigned. Requires a flexible schedule; works in a fast-paced restaurant environment with emphasis on teamwork and leadership development under independent Operator supervision.
