Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards; stocking inventory; keeping the kitchen clean and orderly; staying current on product changes; operating safely around kitchen equipment; completing opening/closing tasks; and adhering to dress code. Requires a cheerful, customer-service oriented mindset, strong teamwork and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen. Flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time opportunities; Sundays closed; opportunities for growth and learning through in-house training and leadership development.
