Job Summary
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards; stock kitchen inventory; keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly; stay up-to-date with new products; report maintenance issues; complete opening/closing tasks; adhere to dress code; participate in in-house training; opportunities for growth, scholarships, and competitive pay. Back of House Team Members work under an independent Operator/Franchise environment and contribute to a positive, people-focused restaurant culture.
