Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Glendale. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently; knowledge of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep); stock and maintain kitchen inventory; keep the kitchen clean and organized; stay up-to-date on new products; operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues; complete in-house training and adapt to changes; handle opening/closing tasks; adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code; contribute to a positive, team-focused environment while delivering Chick-fil-A's signature service and food.
