Job Summary
Back of House Team Members prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards. They are knowledgeable of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep), stock kitchen inventory, keep the kitchen neat and orderly, stay up-to-date on new products, work safely around equipment, complete in-house training, and perform opening or closing tasks while adhering to dress code and Chick-fil-A rules. This role supports a fast-paced restaurant environment and opportunities for growth and leadership development within a franchise-owned operation.
