Job Summary
Back of House Team Member responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; maintaining knowledge of all kitchen stations; stocking kitchen inventory; keeping the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly; staying up-to-date on new products; reporting maintenance issues; completing in-house training; handling opening/closing tasks; adhering to dress code; and functioning as part of a collaborative, customer-service oriented team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
