Job Summary
Back of House Team Member role at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely; know all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock kitchen inventory; keep kitchen clean and organized; stay up-to-date on new products; operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues; complete opening/closing tasks; follow dress code and Chick-fil-A rules; participate in in-house training and leverage growth opportunities; flexible schedule with Sundays closed; roles offered as Full-time or Part-time; teams led by independent Operator/Owner-Operator.
