Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; knowledgeable of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock kitchen inventory; maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen; stay up-to-date on new products and training; report maintenance issues; complete opening or closing tasks; adhere to dress code and restaurant rules; opportunities for growth and development within an independent Operator-led environment; includes benefits such as flexible scheduling and scholarship opportunities.
