Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Elizabeth City responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards; maintain knowledge of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and prep); stock kitchen inventory; keep kitchen clean and orderly; stay updated on new products; operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues; complete opening or closing tasks; adhere to dress code and Chick-fil-A rules; available shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM / 12:00 AM to 8:00 PM; flexible scheduling; opportunities for growth, scholarships, and teamwork-focused development.
