Job Summary
Back of House Team Member responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; knowing the assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep); stocking kitchen inventory; keeping the kitchen neat and orderly; staying up-to-date with new products; working safely around kitchen equipment and reporting maintenance issues; completing in-house training and participating in opening/closing tasks; adhering to dress code and Chick-fil-A rules; and performing other duties as assigned.
