Job Summary
Kitchen Team Member responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; be knowledgeable of all stations (Fries, Sandwich Assembly, Nugget Assembly, Breading, Dishes); stock inventory as needed; keep the kitchen neat and orderly; stay up-to-date with new products and training; report maintenance issues; complete opening or closing tasks; adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code; participate in in-house training and growth opportunities; benefit from a fun, flexible schedule, meal credit on shift, scholarship opportunities, and leadership development within a supportive team environment.
