Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards; be knowledgeable of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep); stock kitchen inventory; keep kitchen neat and orderly; stay up-to-date on new products; work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance; complete in-house training and stay current on changes; complete opening or closing tasks; adhere to dress code; participate in ongoing training and development; flexible scheduling and Sundays closed; benefits include a fun environment and scholarship opportunities.
