Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards; knowledgeable of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock kitchen inventory; maintain a neat and orderly kitchen; stay up-to-date with new products; report maintenance issues; complete in-house training; adhere to rules and dress code; assist with opening/closing tasks; flexible scheduling; opportunity for growth and development through working with an independent Operator and Restaurant Leaders; benefits include a fun environment, scholarship opportunities, and competitive pay.
