Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Mount Pleasant, TX. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently; maintaining knowledge of all kitchen stations; stocking inventory; keeping the kitchen clean; staying up-to-date with new products; working safely with equipment; completing opening/closing tasks; adhering to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a cheerful, customer-service oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and flexibility to work both part-time and full-time schedules. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods is required.
