Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A in Kennesaw, GA. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; knowledge of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock kitchen inventory; maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen; stay up-to-date with new products; report maintenance issues; complete in-house training; assist with opening/closing tasks; adhere to dress code and restaurant rules; flexible scheduling; strong emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and safe operation of kitchen equipment; includes opportunities for growth and development via operator-led leadership training and scholarship opportunities; physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; most Chick-fil-A restaurants are independently owned franchised locations.
