Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; knowing assignments across kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stocking kitchen inventory; keeping kitchen neat and orderly; staying updated on new products; working safely around equipment and reporting maintenance; completing in-house training and opening/closing tasks; adhering to dress code and Chick-fil-A rules; and performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates are reliable, cheerful, customer-service oriented, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of working in a flexible schedule within a team environment.
