Job Summary
Prepare food to Beau Jo’s standards with recipe and quality consistency in a fast-paced kitchen. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety, follow health codes, assist with stocking and organization, read and follow recipes, and collaborate with frontline staff to ensure orders meet specifications and guest expectations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work at an approx. 36" table/stove with high pace while adhering to OSHA regulations and safety practices. Prior line cook experience preferred; training provided. Eligible for full-time benefits or part-time options as described, with application ongoing.
Required Qualifications
- Beau Jo’s will hire aged 16+ and will remain in compliance with Colorado Youth Law under the CO Youth Employment Opportunity Act (C.R.S. 8-12-101 et seq.)
- Minors may not work more than 40 hours per week or 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
