Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; maintain knowledge of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock kitchen inventory; keep the kitchen neat and clean; stay up-to-date with product rollouts; operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues; complete in-house training and participate in opening/closing tasks; adhere to dress code and policies; contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and provide signature Chick-fil-A service to guests.
