Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently; be knowledgeable of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep); stock kitchen inventory; keep the kitchen clean and organized; stay current with new products; work safely around equipment and report maintenance issues; complete in-house training and opening/closing tasks; adhere to dress code and Chick-fil-A rules; contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and provide signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
