Back of House Team Member

Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to meet Chick-fil-A standards. Tasks include knowledge of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and prep), stocking inventory, keeping the kitchen neat and orderly, staying up-to-date on new products, operating safely around kitchen equipment, reporting maintenance issues, completing in-house training, handling opening/closing duties, and adhering to dress code. Requires a positive attitude, customer-service orientation, the ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team, and flexible scheduling (including Sundays).
