Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Forest City: Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently while meeting Chick-fil-A standards. Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep), stock kitchen inventory, keep the kitchen neat and orderly, stay updated on new products, work safely around equipment, report maintenance issues, complete in-house training, and perform opening/closing tasks. Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code and rules, with a focus on delivering signature service and a positive dining experience.
