Job Summary
Back of House Team Leader at Chick-fil-A leads by example to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations, coaches and develops team members, opens/closes and serves as key holder, counts drawers, and maintains a high standard of guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities include participating in day-to-day operations, responding to guest needs promptly and respectfully, assisting in training of new hires, setting the shift tone, and communicating effectively with team members. The role emphasizes operational excellence, servant leadership, and adherence to Chick-fil-A culture with flexible scheduling (including a closing shift 2pm–11pm) and opportunities for growth and development. Compensation is $16-$18 per hour with benefits and scholarship opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, or restaurant manager is not required but is preferred.
