Job Summary
Back of House Support Staff for the Winter 2026/2027 season, performing roles such as Barback, Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Café Cook, and Pizza Cook in Rangeley, ME. Responsibilities include cleaning and restocking glassware, operating dishwashing machines, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, unloading and storing ingredients, food prep (cutting vegetables, preparing sauces), stocking workstations, handling kitchenware safely, following health and safety regulations, and assisting with pizza preparation. Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, follow supervisor directions, and maintain cleanliness and organization across multiple stations.
