Job Summary
Welcome every guest, determine their needs, assist with finding merchandise, and offer styling recommendations. Achieve personal sales goals by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Maintain product knowledge, ensure shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing, and keep the store clean. Process transactions accurately, manage inventory tasks like receiving shipments and counts, and handle returns and exchanges. Adhere to company policies and safety protocols. Report to work as scheduled, record time accurately, and remain flexible for business needs. Must be available to work nights and weekends. This role supports the retail business at Stand Out For Good's Oakbrook Center location, contributing to a world-class guest experience within a purpose-driven fashion family.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available to work nights & weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout the entire workday
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to climb occasionally to frequently
- Must have sufficient manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners and other electronic equipment
- Must have sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks
- Must have sufficient ability to communicate with others to exchange information
- Must be able to process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system
- Must be able to assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts
- Must be able to adhere to company policies, procedures and guidelines, including safety protocols
- Must be able to process returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Must be able to report to work as scheduled, record time worked accurately, and remain flexible to the needs of the business
- Must have product knowledge including features, benefits, and pricing of the merchandise offering
- Must be able to ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Must be able to keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained
