Job Summary
Back of House Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, ensure a safe and sanitary workspace, and lead BOH staff. Responsibilities include preparing and plating meals, following recipes and presentation standards, maintaining inventory and ordering to control costs, assisting with catering events, food prep, and menu item development; oversee quality control of all food production and execution; participate in R&D with the F&B Manager to improve dishes; ensure compliance with health-safety guidelines. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a Kitchen leadership role
- Strong leadership skills
- Practices high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely
