Job Summary
Supervise Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators at Pet Paradise's Irving, TX location, providing hands-on leadership, training, and coaching aligned with company standards. Responsibilities include directing work, conducting performance reviews, reporting hazards or behavioral issues to management, maintaining cleanliness of suites and daily care for guests, ensuring completion of LMS courses, and performing duties as needed by the management team. Ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong organizational, cash-management, and sales skills, is able to lift up to 60 lbs, and is able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior supervisory experience highly preferred
- Strong organizational, cash management, and sales skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background check
- Comfortable leading by example, including ‘hands-on’ task management
- Comfortable being around dogs of all sizes and physically able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to resort schedule needs including days, night, weekends, holidays, and peak times
