Job Summary
Shepherd the team by coaching members, modeling urgency, and fostering growth while maintaining a clean, sanitary environment. Lead shifts by anticipating problems, allocating resources, and communicating directly with kitchen and zone leads during peak and non-peak hours. Handle guest complaints, count tills, manage labor points, and delegate tasks for operational excellence. Ensure food safety knowledge is foundational, assess food and oil quality, and fulfill catering orders. Open and close operations while supporting certified trainers and directors. Work 30+ hours weekly in a locally owned, people-focused environment dedicated to teamwork and leadership development.
Required Qualifications
