Job Summary
Lead the Back of House during assigned shifts, serving as the primary kitchen leader to ensure food safety, speed of service, quality, and guest experience. Manage BOH Team Members, set tone for a high-performing kitchen culture, assign duties, monitor staffing, and coordinate with Front of House leadership. Ensure food is prepared to brand standards, maintain speed of service, enforce food safety and sanitation, conduct line and temperature checks, perform inventory control with FIFO, address operational challenges, and guide training and development of staff. Emphasize adherence to Chick-fil-A Pathway standards and local health regulations while driving continuous improvement and coaching through shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous BOH leadership experience preferred (restaurant or quick-service environment)
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and team leadership
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and decisive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and Saturdays
