Job Summary
Back of House Manager leads stockroom/BOH operations for a JD Sports retail store in Rosemère. Responsible for inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory accuracy, e-commerce fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping), supervising and developing the BOH team, maintaining order and cleanliness, communicating with customer service and support offices, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Requires 3+ years in stockroom/distribution and 2+ years in people management, strong communication and detail orientation, high urgency, ability to train staff, and availability for early starts, weekends, and holidays. Bonus points for knowledge of streetwear/sneaker culture and experience with JD/SFG tools (G-Suite, Slack, Jesta POS, Shopify).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years stockroom and/or distribution center experience
- 2+ years people management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and task oriented
- Must have a high sense of urgency
- Full time availability – standard daily starts as early 8am, including late nights, weekends, and holidays in line with changing business needs
- Proven experience supervising, training and developing team members
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
