Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations of the stockroom by managing inbound deliveries, preparing outbound transfers, and ensuring accurate labeling, logical placement, and general order. Manage daily e-commerce fulfillment including picking, packing, and shipping orders, while communicating daily with customer service, support office leaders, and other stores. Decrease store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and problem-solving issues to ensure optimal inventory levels and sales. Oversea store supplies to ensure the retail store has everything it needs for daily/weekly operation. Provide a positive and inclusive work environment by leading by example, fostering personal progression throughout the staff team, and helping with onboarding and training of new starters. Maintain awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming product trends.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years stockroom and/or distribution center experience
- 2+ years people management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and task oriented
- Must have a high sense of urgency. Being both proactive and organized
- Full time availability – standard daily starts as early 8am, and occasional late nights, weekends, and holidays in line with changing business needs
- Proven experience supervising, training and developing team members
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Openness to feedback and willingness to develop

Desired Qualifications
- Being passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture
- G-Suite, experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets is an asset
- Experience with Jesta POS, Shopify and Slack platform is an asset
