Job Summary
Back of House Manager responsible for leading the stockroom/BOH operations: oversee inbound deliveries, outbound transfers, and daily e-commerce fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping), ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency to company standards, and manage a team within the store’s leadership structure. Communicates with customer service and support office, reduces shrinkage by investigating discrepancies, and maintains BOH order and supplies. Focus on staff onboarding/training, product knowledge, and staying aligned with product trends. Requires 3+ years stockroom/distribution center experience, 2+ years of people management, strong communication and analytical skills, high urgency, and full-time availability starting 8am with potential evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bonus points for interest in streetwear/sneaker culture; familiarity with Jesta POS, Shopify, Google Workspace, and Slack.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years stockroom and/or distribution center experience
- 2+ years people management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and task oriented
- Must have a high sense of urgency
- Full time availability – standard daily starts as early 8am, including late nights, weekends, and holidays in line with changing business needs
- Proven experience supervising, training and developing team members
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Openness to feedback and willingness to develop
