Job Summary
Back of House Manager overseeing stockroom operations, inbound deliveries, outbound transfers, and inventory control; leads a team within the store’s leadership structure; coordinates with customer service and support office; responsible for e-commerce fulfillment, labeling, packing, shipping, and maintaining order in BOH; emphasizes accuracy, urgency, and proactive problem solving, with emphasis on inventory control, training, and adherence to company guidelines; drives team development, product knowledge, and alignment with current/future product trends; prior experience in stockroom/distribution and people management, plus strong communication, detail orientation, and ethical leadership. Bonus familiarity with streetwear, sneaker culture, and related tools (G-Suite, Google Docs/Sheets, Shopify, Jesta POS, Slack) is appreciated.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years stockroom and/or distribution center experience
- 2+ years people management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have a high sense of urgency
- Full time availability – standard daily starts as early 8am, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven experience supervising, training and developing team members
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
