Job Summary
Oversee all back-of-house areas including loading bays, storage rooms, staff corridors, and operational spaces while managing stock movement, waste management, and BOH logistics. Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards across facilities, ensuring all processes meet health & safety, fire safety, and brand standards. Lead and support BOH team members, coordinating closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, and Front of House to drive continuous improvement in workflows and service support. Monitor equipment and infrastructure, reporting issues promptly to uphold 5-star operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hotel operations, facilities, logistics, or back‐of‐house management
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive leader who can motivate teams and build strong interdepartmental relationships
- Calm, solutions‐focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
- Knowledge of health & safety, manual handling, and BOH compliance standards
- A hands‐on, positive approach with a commitment to maintaining 5‐star operational excellence
- In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK
