Job Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing food according to recipes and restaurant specifications while maintaining an organized and clean work area. This role requires excellent cooking skills, knowledge of kitchen equipment, and the ability to follow safe food handling practices. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and assist with kitchen operations, including food preparation, portioning, and dish management. Prior experience in a kitchen and CA Food Handlers Certification are preferred.

Desired Qualifications
