Back of House Leader responsible for supporting daily operations in a high-volume Chick-fil-A environment, coaching and developing team members, leading shifts as a key holder, and modeling service excellence. Focus on operational tasks, training new hires, maintaining excellent guest service, and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. Requires strong communication, reliability, physical readiness to lift 20 lbs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
